Ilze joined the RBC team in 2016. She is married to Awie and loves being involved in the church community. Ilze has a heart for our missionaries, and for NGO’s such as Hope in a Suitcase. Ilze is the heart and soul of the office. As Missions Coordinator, helps maintain strong relationships with our missionaries and mission partners, coordinating support and communication, and helping the church stay engaged in global and local mission efforts. When she isn’t working, Ilze is baking, packing toys for Hope In A Suitcase, and hosting friends for dinner and board games!
