Carolyn has been an Elder and a member of the Board at RBC since November 2021, and a member of RBC since 2010.  Throughout her professional life she has worked in senior positions in the area People and Culture in faith based and secular NGO’s. Carolyn has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Environmental Health), a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, Diploma in Project Management, is a Certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Carolyn is married to Jonathan. They have 3 boys who are now married as well as one granddaughter. In their down time, Carolyn and Jonathan enjoy competitive sailing and recreational cycling. Carolyn has a heart to see all people reach their God given potential in every aspect of their life.
