Erin has been part of Ryde Baptist Church from 2006. She has worked on staff from 2016 – 2021 and started a new role from 2024 as the Children’s Ministry Team Leader. She has a Diploma in Christian Studies and a Bachelor of Theology from Morling College.

Erin oversees the Children’s Ministry at RBC working closely with Ying and Olivia, also the wider RBC Kids Volunteers. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband William, catching up with friends and expressing her creativity through visual arts.
