Welcome to our Playgroup in Ryde — a warm and welcoming place where little ones and their adult carers can come together to play, learn, make friends and grow in community.
Run by our church volunteers, Playgroup is open to children from newborn to 5 years old, together with their parents, grandparents and adult carers. We provide a relaxed and friendly environment where children can explore, discover and enjoy learning through play, while adults have the opportunity to connect with other families and build friendships.
Each week, children can enjoy a variety of fun and engaging activities, including creative play, stories, music, movement, sensory activities and plenty of opportunities to explore and socialise. Our Playgroup is designed to support children’s early development while, most importantly, having fun together.
More Than Just Play
We believe the early years are a special time of discovery, connection and growth. Playgroup gives children a chance to develop confidence, curiosity and friendships, while giving parents and carers a welcoming community where they can feel supported and connected.
Whether you’re a new parent, a grandparent caring for your little one, or simply looking for a friendly place to spend a Thursday morning, you are very welcome at our Playgroup.
